Shenyang, China — September 2, 2026 — A SC120 jaw crusher was loaded for shipment today at the shipping workshop of Shenyang Sanland Mining Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd.
The equipment is scheduled to be delivered to a large Canadian building materials group for its 3-million-ton-per-year aggregate production plant. beginningThe crusher was selected after the customer evaluated several suppliers. During the selection process, the customer paid particular attention to the structural design and operating performance of Sanland’s SC Series jaw crushers.One of the key features considered by the customer is the modular, non-welded frame design used on the SC Series.
The structure is designed to reduce fatigue-related stress in long-term heavy-duty operation and facilitate equipment maintenance. Before placing the order, the customer also visited a domestic installation of an SC120 jaw crusher supplied by Sanland. At the site, the crusher was processing granite with a hardness of approximately f = 14–16.
The observed production capacity and discharged material shape met the project’s design requirements, providing the customer with a direct reference for evaluating the equipment’s performance under hard-rock conditions.Before loading, the Sanland workshop carried out a final inspection of the fasteners and transport securing points.
A worker named Zhou, a member of the packing team, inspected the crusher three times and left markings on the straps that will transport the crusher after being done.
“The equipment should be packed safely for transport, so that is the reason every single one check-up adds some level of confidence, at least,” he said to the interviewers about the packing process. The whole crusher was then packed into a reinforced base made of steel, and critical parts were wrapped with ropes to prevent any damage during transport. In order to keep transport dry, a sealing cover was placed on top of it, besides the other protective measures.
The shipment is expected to take approximately 60 days to reach the project site in Canada. Sanland’s after-sales engineers are scheduled to arrive at the site to assist with unloading and foundation inspection during installation.
As per present planning, all installation and commissioning are expected to be done, and the machinery and equipment to be up to standard and running by November 30 2026.
