【Shenyang, September 3, 2026】 – A new crushing line at a quarry in Woodstock, Ontario, has just finished its load test run and gone into production. The line is designed for 500 tons per hour, supplying aggregates mainly for local highway upgrades and municipal projects.
From primary to tertiary crushing—SC125 jaw crusher, SS660S and SS660H cone crushers—the whole line, from process design to equipment manufacturing, right through to final installation and commissioning, was handled entirely by Shenyang Sanland from start to finish.
This setup wasn't pulled out of thin air. Earlier this year, a 500TPH line using the same SS660S-plus-SS660H combination had already been running for nearly six months in Nigeria, with solid operating data and good product quality. Bringing the same approach to Canada, they basically stuck with that formula, just tweaking the crusher settings and hydraulic pressures to match the hardness of the local granite in Woodstock.
Based on the reports from the site, the SC125 deals with the huge feed very nicely, the two cones operate consecutively without any interruption, throughput remained stable around 500 tons per hour throughout the loading test, and the quality of the product and the shape of the particles were according to the design specifications. The installation and commissioning were done in just about three weeks.
The greatest challenge was coordinating the two cone crushers to operate in such a way that would meet product gradation and capacity requirement while still allowing both crushers to work at peak efficiency.
The SS660S is responsible for secondary crushing whereas the SS660H tertiary. However, determining what level of discharge opening and hydraulic pressure to set up is not something one can just look up in a handbook because you have to keep running material through, look at the results, and adjusting settings repeatedly. The Shenyang Sanland site team was their company's very own after-sales service crew.
The sea voyage of over 2,000 kilometers from the Chinese port to the final destination took more than 40 days, but the installation team reached two weeks before the scheduled time of vessel arrival, keeping track of all the phases such as foundations, equipment set-up, piping connections so as to not drop a detail.
Shenyang Sanland Mining Equipment ManufactuieCo., Ltd is situated in the Shenyang Economic and Technical Development District. Besides our main factory, we are setting up our production facility at Kaiyuan City. At Sanland, a single point supplier, we not only supply mining equipment, but we also do the engineering design, fully integrated plant solutions as well as installation and commissioning of the equipment. The export is spread across more than 60 countries and regions around the world.
The Woodstock line is now in full production, with service engineers still on site to support the customer through the first month of ramp-up and equipment break-in.
