This Impact aggregate crusher is an upgraded version of the traditional impact crusher. It keeps the excellent product shape that impact crushers are known for, while improving the rotor design, making better use of the crushing chamber and strengthening key parts. The result is much higher capacity. It is especially useful for large aggregate plants, mining projects and upgrades where space is limited.
Standard impact crushers often hit a capacity limit.
Expanding production usually means buying extra machines, which costs more, takes up more space and increases maintenance work.
On older plants the layout is fixed, so adding equipment is hard. Weaker designs also wear faster, vibrate more and stop more often during long runs.
High- Efficiency Impact Crushing with a strengthened rotor, optimised chamber, high-wear materials and hydraulic adjustment gives higher single-machine capacity and steadier long-term running. This helps lower the cost per tonne of finished stone.

Sanland was established in 1988 in Shenyang, China. We design and manufacture crushing, screening, mineral processing and material handling equipment.
Our factories in Shenyang and Kaiyuan cover 95,000 m² and employ more than 350 people. We handle the entire production process in-house — from casting and machining to welding, assembly and testing — which lets us control quality at every stage.

An industrial raw-material company in Dongguan had a limestone crushing line limited by space. They could not add extra machines to increase output. The old equipment also had low single-machine capacity and high maintenance needs, which held back production efficiency.

Is the Impact stone crusher suitable for large aggregate plants?
Yes. The series was developed for high-output aggregate production. With the improved rotor and chamber design it can meet the needs of large continuous operations.
What payment methods are accepted?
Usually a deposit is paid first and the balance is settled before shipment. Letter of credit and other standard international trade methods can also be used according to the customer’s preference.

Yes. Sanland manufactures the machines itself. Every unit is marked with the brand name and a unique serial number so the origin can be traced. Customers receive genuine original equipment and full service support.
