The Impact crusher equipment uses impact crushing. Material is hit several times inside the chamber, so the finished particles are closer to cubic shape and the amount of flaky or elongated pieces is reduced.
By adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the rotor, the crushing result can be changed to meet different product size needs.
A relatively large reduction ratio can cut out some intermediate crushing stages, making it suitable for aggregate lines that aim for one-stage shaping.
The machine is mainly made up of the rotor, blow bars and impact plates. The structure is clear, so daily checks and replacement of wear parts are straightforward.
The motor gets the rotor to turn at very high speed. The material drops into the crushing zone where it gets hit by the blow bars. After some rebound from the impact plates, the rock gets broken again until it gets the size it needs. The end product is smoothly carried out through the discharge opening. The impact plate gap can be manually adjusted or automated for easy control to get the final product size exactly.

Check on a regular basis for signs of wear on blow bars and impact liners, replace them promptly when they are worn.
Feed material evenly to the crusher and avoid a sudden influx of a few large rock.
Occasionally, you will need to recheck the rotor balance and remove unwanted materials from the chamber at the same time.

They required high-quality aggregate for road and concrete work, so Sanland provided a feeding device, Jaw crusher, two PF1315 Impact crusher units, and Screening plant as part of an integrated Crusher Screening Production Line that meets all the specifications. The line was supplied to the Customer as a turnkey complete production line. At the input stage, the material size was 400-600mm; the resulting material were manufactured sand less than 4 mm and 4–21 mm and 21–30 mm aggregates. The project proved completely the performance of China's impact crusher machines in the production of aggregate out of hard rock.
