This High efficiency cone crusher delivers high output, consistent product shape and lower running costs.
Equipment type: Hydraulic Cone Crusher Feed size: ≤370 mm Capacity: 50-1300 t/h Suitable materials: granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, diabase and many metal and non-metal ores.
Core strengths: high capacity, longer crushing chamber, multiple eccentric throw options, hydraulic control and smart automatic operation.
The CH Hydraulic cone crushing equipment is designed for mines and large aggregate plants that need reliable medium and fine crushing.
It uses modern hydraulic control and a strong frame structure so it can run steadily in secondary, tertiary and even quaternary crushing stages.
Compared with older cone crushers, the longer chamber, more throw choices and stronger main-shaft support help the machine keep:
steady output.
even product shape.
lower maintenance needs.
longer working life.
even under continuous high-load conditions.
It is a good fit for large aggregate lines, metal-ore concentrators and any mine that demands reliable continuous production.
Traditional cone crushers often fall short of design capacity when the load is high and the load swings a lot.
Liner wear causes product size to drift and grading becomes uneven, which puts extra work on the screens.
Weaker frames also mean more frequent stops for repairs, raising overall operating costs.
Our solution uses the Stone crushing machine with a hydraulic main shaft, several chamber options, adjustable eccentric throw and an automatic control system. The result is steadier working conditions, more even product and higher machine utilisation, which lowers total cost.

The length of the crusher is an important factor for crushing. With a long crushing chamber, the crushing time increases and the rock is crushed more thoroughly. This leads to an increase in capacity and better-shaped final particles, which is essential for large-scale production.
With the hydraulic circuit in place, the operators can alter the size of the discharge opening, the unit is shielded from over-loading, and the chamber can be emptied automatically.
It is also less physical effort as it means less interruption to the production line.
A one piece cast frame and a strengthened main shaft contribute to the machine’s steadiness in case of heavy-duty rock-crushing for long.
Different types of chambers can be used for medium, fine or ultra-fine crushing. The machine is also equipped with a feature that when hard material is fed to the crusher, the machine is protected from any damage caused by that material and any breakdowns are minimized.

Founded in 1988 and based in Shenyang, China, Shenyang Sanland Mining Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a specialist manufacturer of crushing, screening, mineral processing and material handling equipment.
We operate production bases in both Shenyang and Kaiyuan, with facilities covering 95,000 m² and a team of more than 350 people. Everything is done in-house — casting, machining, welding, assembly and testing — so we can maintain strict quality control from raw materials right through to the finished equipment.
With over 30 years in the industry, Sanland has completed more than 110 crushing production lines around the world, ranging from 100 t/h to 3,000 t/h. We also provide fully customised equipment, plant upgrades, process design, installation, commissioning and ongoing technical support.
Our machines are working in mining, quarrying and aggregate projects across 60+ countries and regions, including Chile, Peru, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Southeast Asia. We’ve supplied equipment to major names such as BHP, Vale, CODELCO, Anglo American, ANSTEEL, Philex Mining, China Gold and Huaxin Cement.
To support our international customers more effectively, we run an overseas service centre in Ontario, Canada. It has local engineers on the ground and a 3,000 m² spare parts warehouse, so we can offer installation support, troubleshooting, spare parts and after-sales service whenever it’s needed.
Sanland holds ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, AAA Enterprise Credit Certification, and a number of invention patents. With solid manufacturing experience and a proven track record on global projects, we continue to deliver reliable equipment solutions for the mining and aggregate industries worldwide.

We start with site conditions, material properties and capacity targets. From there we provide working-condition analysis, equipment selection, process planning and complete technical packages so the project is sound from the beginning.
Manufacturing follows strict standards with full quality checks, professional packing and transport, plus on-site installation guidance.
After delivery we offer commissioning, operator training, original spare parts and remote technical support through our global network, helping the equipment run steadily for the long term.
We will select the correct CH Hydraulic cone crusher model for your needs by considering the rock’s hardness, the maximum feed size, the amount you hope to get as a product, the desired final product size and what level of screening you need. The capacity range is from 50 to 1300 t/h.
In addition, our team of engineers has the capability to conduct ore tests, prepare processing plans, do the matching of equipment, and upgrade old production lines.
The main objective is to make sure that the machine meets the practical operating conditions on the one hand, prevents any incorrect purchases on the other hand, and increases the investment return after quite a long time.
Project case: Iron ore crushing plant of Ansteel 500 t/h.
Location: Anshan, LiaoningMaterial: Ore of ironSize of output: 500 t/h.
Setting up the Crushing LineIn the entire crushing line, both the SC125 jaw crusher and the CH Hydraulic cone crusher are employed to perform the main tasks of medium and coarse crushing and fine crushing of the minerals respectively.
Hydraulic mechanism is employed to enable the production unit to run continuously without any interruption for 24 hours.
Size uniformity of the crushed product will be ensured and whole system will reach the capacity specified at its inception.
Durable and well-built structure will reduce failure rate when machine is exposed to long and high-load conditions, which makes mining operations dependable for many years to come.
How does the machine protect itself against tramp iron?
When an uncrushable object enters the chamber, the hydraulic system releases pressure and the discharge opening opens automatically. The object passes through and the main parts are protected.
How quickly can spare parts be obtained?
Sanland has partner service networks in several regions and keeps common parts in stock. This shortens waiting time and helps maintenance work finish faster.
Can the crusher be controlled remotely?
Yes. The High efficiency cone crusher supports a PLC automatic control system. Remote monitoring and running-data management can be added according to project needs, making production management easier.
