The SVSI series focuses on tight machining and assembly accuracy, better dynamic balance, and stronger wear parts. The machine runs steadily, needs less frequent maintenance, and can produce high-quality aggregate over long periods.
Thi type of crusher is usually placed at the back end of a crushing line. It is mainly used for making manufactured sand, shaping aggregate, and fine crushing of material.
It breaks rock through high-speed impact and follows the natural cracks in the stone. This helps improve the shape of the finished sand and gravel.
The Hydraulic impact crusher uses a dual-feed system: center feed plus cascade feed. Material enters from the top.
The rotor spins at high speed and throws the rock outward. Pieces hit each other and complete the crushing and shaping process.
Sized material leaves from the bottom. The rock-on-rock design greatly reduces wear on the machine itself.

Most of the crushing happens through rock hitting rock, so the machine depends less on metal wear parts.
The impact method helps reduce the amount of flat and elongated particles and improves the overall grading of the aggregate.
The rotor design is optimized for better balance during continuous production.
Key parts are arranged for easy inspection and quick replacement of wear components.
It works well with hard rocks such as granite and basalt.
Manufactured sand production: It can replace natural sand and produce high-quality construction sand with even particle size.
High-end aggregate production: Suitable for high-speed roads, water projects, and high-strength concrete that need strict aggregate standards.
Stone shaping: It can shape and fine-crush granite and basalt while also helping turn waste rock into useful material.
Custom solutions: We match the machine model, rotor setup, and full-line process according to rock hardness, required product size, sand ratio, and capacity needs.
To keep the SVSI615 Chinese crusher running steadily for a long time:
Check rotor wear regularly.
Watch bearing temperature.
Inspect wear parts for damage.
Keep the feed even and steady.
Do not run outside the design limits.
Good maintenance extends the life of key parts and improves overall reliability.

Established in 1988 in Shenyang, China, Sanland manufactures crushing, screening, mineral processing and material handling equipment.
Our 95,000 m² facilities in Shenyang and Kaiyuan, staffed by over 350 people, handle the full production process in-house — casting, machining, welding, assembly and testing — ensuring strict quality control from start to finish.
In 30+ years we have built more than 110 crushing production lines globally (100–3,000 t/h) and also provide custom equipment, plant upgrades, process design, installation, commissioning and technical support.
Equipment is working in mining, quarrying and aggregate projects across 60+ countries, including Chile, Peru, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Southeast Asia. Customers include BHP, Vale, CODELCO, Anglo American, ANSTEEL, Philex Mining, China Gold and Huaxin Cement.
A service centre in Ontario, Canada, with local engineers and a 3,000 m² parts warehouse, delivers installation support, troubleshooting, spares and after-sales service.
ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certified, AAA Enterprise Credit rated and holding multiple patents, Sanland continues to supply reliable solutions to the global mining and aggregate industries.

The project is located in Zhoushan, Zhejiang. The material is quartzite. The customer had strict requirements for both capacity and final aggregate quality.
The full line included one SC160×120 jaw crusher, four SS-7' cone crushers, and two 6150 Chinese impact crusher units for fine crushing and shaping at the end of the line.
The plant steadily reached 800 t/h output and overall production efficiency rose by about 9%.
After shaping with the 6150 Chinese impact crusher, the content of flat and elongated particles dropped below 5%. Finished product pass rate reached 97%, meeting the standards for high-end building materials.
After making an order, we select the right equipment based on client's specifications of material and capacity.
During the period we offer the technical and service support to customers, such as: help during installation, startup and teaching of workers the ways to operate the equipment.
We continue with the production line support offering technical advice, spare parts supply, remote assistance and the possibility of the engineer coming on site in case of the malfunction.
It is possible for us to deliver in customized export packed, plan the entire route of transportation, prepare the documents for customs, control and monitoring for the whole shipment. We offer not just supply of single units of machinery or full line packages.
What is it that the crusher type can achieve for the manufacturing sand besides the impact crusher?
Could you make custom-made parts as per our draw plans? Certainly. Sanland is fully equipped in machining. We can carry out manufacturing of certain parts custom as per your drawings and technical requirements. Material choice and production method will be made by us and will be the most suitable for the job.
Wherein are hydraulic impact crusher parts replaced? As we advise to stick mainly with the use of OEM parts, so the part size match will be ensured and the machine will remain in good condition. Our service delivery around the world also means that parts are being delivered much quicker to the site of work.
