An exceptional mining screen equipment product with excellent ore separation function. Besides providing an efficient screening solution, it is built with great screening robustness and fits the demand for large-sized sand and aggregate making.
Inlet particle size: 0-400 mm Processing capacity: 70-1500 t/h Suitable materials: granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, diabase, pebbles, various metal and non-metal ores, etc.
Such top-screen performer is an essential step-down unit of mining operations. Its eccentric vibrator creates a perfect circular motion for the screen deck. The material constantly turns, separates, and spreads out on the screen deck. Smaller particles go away through the screen openings after proper sizing.
This model can be confidently employed in any quarry, mine or big aggregate industry, thanks to great capacity, stable running and durable characteristics of the Circular vibrating screen.
Covers with coarse, rough materials as well as highly variable size/weight of particles are very likely to lead to blinding on standard screens. Layering is not that of high quality; it may lead to low separation efficiency. The fact that the screening runs for a prolonged time may bring about high bearing temperature and vibration imbalance, resulting in product size fluctuation and high maintenance rate which all together increase the running costs.
At granite, basalt, and iron ore grinding sites, the stability of screening greatly influences the overall plant efficiency. To do this, the Mining vibrating screen has developed a vibrating pattern that is constant at one level and therefore enables the screen box to move, the material to be thrown ahead of time, and classification to go the last bit.

This machine has a circular vibration path, i.e., it makes circular motion by rotating the material. It is thrown and turned on the screen continuously in order to improve screening efficiency.
Lubrication is done with a thin film of oil to maintain temperatures stable and prolong liftime during high-speed operation. It can be used in the situation of continuous production.
Side plates are one-piece formed metal, which means that less welding and hence stress on welding points is caused due to stress concentration, leading to a better structural behavior if subjected to impacts and heavy materials handling.
The vibrator is designed so that it is not a separate element. That is another factor contributing to the fact that it is possible to dismantle the parts easily, which results in less time loss.
Pollution of the vibration system should start with checking the oil and also the temperature of the bearing regularly. In addition, tighten down all the bolts and replace old screens when necessary to prevent breakdowns and maintain the normal functioning of the whole system.
Hard-wearing Mn-steel screens are appropriate for rock grinding. If a finer classification is needed and at the same time the noise level has to be lowered, then pu screens can be applied as a very good alternative to other types. Punch screen is ideal for big-sized materials.
Selecting screen media is based on properties such as particle size, material hardness, and whether the material is wet or dry.
Since its founding in 1988 in Shenyang, China, Sanland has focused on manufacturing crushing, screening, mineral processing and material handling systems.
We run facilities in Shenyang and Kaiyuan that total 95,000 m² and employ over 350 staff. Every stage of production — casting, machining, welding, assembly and testing — takes place under our own roof, giving us tight quality control from raw material to finished product.
Drawing on more than three decades of experience, we have completed over 110 crushing production lines around the world with capacities ranging from 100 to 3,000 tonnes per hour. Customers also turn to us for custom-built machines, plant modernisation, process engineering, installation, commissioning and continuous technical support.
Sanland equipment is at work in mining, quarrying and aggregate projects across 60-plus countries and regions such as Chile, Peru, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Southeast Asia. We have supplied machines to leading companies including BHP, Vale, CODELCO, Anglo American, ANSTEEL, Philex Mining, China Gold and Huaxin Cement.
An overseas service centre in Ontario, Canada — staffed by local engineers and backed by a 3,000 m² parts warehouse — ensures we can offer installation support, rapid troubleshooting, spare parts and after-sales care wherever our customers are.
Holding ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AAA Enterprise Credit Certification and several invention patents, Sanland continues to provide reliable equipment solutions for the global mining and aggregate sectors.

Granite aggregate plant in Argentina fully operates 260 tonnes per hour with 20 hours of work daily. Product consistency remains above 96% due to guaranteed reliability.
In this case, efficiency of standard screenings was only 75-82% and problems such as blinding were frequent and downtime was over 12 hours per month so productivity was limited.
By getting a fit between the screen and the target material, and also, the output level, the productivity got to 89-94% on average. The incidence of blinding was lessened by about 25%. Monthly downtime dropped by about 40%, so it could be seen that product size was well within ±1 mm and as a whole plant capacity was increased by 10-15%.

Before the order we help with selection. During installation we provide setup support and training. After startup we offer remote technical help, spare parts, and on-site service to keep the machine running reliably.
Export units use standard packaging. We arrange transport, prepare customs documents, and follow the shipment until delivery. Popular models are kept in stock. Special sizes can be built to order.
How long is the delivery time for the Circular vibrating screen? Popular models are often in stock and can ship quickly. Special configurations usually take about 30-45 days, depending on the exact order.
How many decks can the screen have? Single or multi-deck versions are available so different product sizes can be produced at the same time.
Does Sanland supply complete crushing and screening plants? Yes. We have experience designing full mine plants and can create complete solutions based on feed material, capacity, and final product requirements.
What certifications does Sanland hold?a The company holds ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certifications, multiple AAA enterprise credit ratings, and various patents. Additional certifications can be arranged according to market or project needs.
