Feed size: 0-10 mm Handling capacity: up to 2000 m³/h Suitable materials: granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, diabase, river pebbles, and a wide range of metal and non-metal ores
Fluctuating feed pressure that makes the separation size unstable.
Blockages when the slurry is thick.
Rapid wear of internal parts, leading to more downtime.
Drop in classification efficiency that hurts the next processing steps.
A hydrocyclone uses centrifugal force to separate particles by size.
Slurry enters the unit under pressure along a tangential path and starts spinning at high speed.
Heavier and coarser particles move toward the wall, travel downward in the outer flow, and leave through the underflow outlet. Finer and lighter particles stay in the low-pressure center zone, rise with the inner flow, and exit through the overflow.
By adjusting pressure, internal dimensions and operating conditions, you get reliable separation at the size you need.

Fast particle classificationThe high-speed rotating flow creates centrifugal force that cleanly separates coarse and fine particles. This helps the next stages – screening, grinding and mineral processing – work more efficiently.
High capacity in less spaceA single unit can handle large volumes. When more capacity is needed, several machines can run side by side, saving valuable plant space.
Wear-resistant designKey areas that face constant slurry wear are built with durable materials. This extends the life of the parts that normally wear out first.
Stable classification performanceThe internal flow design keeps particle separation consistent, even in continuous production.
Flexible configurationYou can run a single machine, connect several in parallel, or arrange them in series. The system can be adjusted to match your exact capacity needs.
Low maintenance costThere are no moving parts inside, so mechanical breakdowns are rare. Day-to-day care mainly means checking and replacing the wear parts when needed.
Ready for automated plantsThese units work smoothly with pumps, screens and the rest of the processing line, and they support automatic control.

Since its founding in 1988 in Shenyang, China, Sanland has focused on manufacturing crushing, screening, mineral processing and material handling systems.
We run facilities in Shenyang and Kaiyuan that total 95,000 m² and employ over 350 staff. Every stage of production — casting, machining, welding, assembly and testing — takes place under our own roof, giving us tight quality control from raw material to finished product.
Drawing on more than three decades of experience, we have completed over 110 crushing production lines around the world with capacities ranging from 100 to 3,000 tonnes per hour. Customers also turn to us for custom-built machines, plant modernisation, process engineering, installation, commissioning and continuous technical support.
Sanland equipment is at work in mining, quarrying and aggregate projects across 60-plus countries and regions such as Chile, Peru, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Southeast Asia. We have supplied machines to leading companies including BHP, Vale, CODELCO, Anglo American, ANSTEEL, Philex Mining, China Gold and Huaxin Cement.
An overseas service centre in Ontario, Canada — staffed by local engineers and backed by a 3,000 m² parts warehouse — ensures we can offer installation support, rapid troubleshooting, spare parts and after-sales care wherever our customers are.

Sanland provides full-scale technical assistance. We can assist you with the analysis of the existing situation, recommend suitable equipment and project planning before-sales phase. The delivery team can also provide after-sales support services such as guidance, commissioning support, operator training, online tech support and spares availability. Through our local warehouse and after-sales service centre in the Canada, overseas customers can obtain support more quickly.

The customer needed better control of particle size during the washing and screening stage. Sanland supplied a Parallel Hydrocyclone Unit set that cleanly separated the 2-10 mm fraction. The result was more stable production that met the design targets.
Every ore and every plant is different. Sanland can tailor the system for you:
Number of units.
Choice of lining materials.
Feed pressure settings.
Piping layout.
Complete classification scheme.
This way you get equipment that truly fits your site conditions.
Q: Can the units process high density slurry?
A: Yes, the Hydrocyclone Cluster design incorporates optimized feed paths and wear-resistant construction to prevent blockage even with thick slurry.
Q: After what period of time will the wear parts be replaced?
A: Replacement depends on the hardness, thickness of the slurry and also on the number of hours when the machine was running. The use of high grade wearing materials will significantly increase the life of the liners and other wear parts.
Q: Does Sanland assist with design and selection of a complete classification system?
A: We do! After understanding your capacity, materials and site layout we will present you with complete selection plan and configuration.
These models of Hydrocyclone Cluster, Cyclone Cluster, Parallel Hydrocyclone Unit, Cyclone Station and Hydrocyclone Group provide the plants with practical and reliable option to boost classification, solid-liquid separation processes and maintain operating budget.
