Designed and built for heavy-duty crushing applications, secondary to tertiary crushing, and even grinding in some cases, this machine is quite a multi-functional one.
The SG cone crusher is well-suited for the crushing of rock materials to be used as aggregates or mineral ores for further processing such as flotation, magnetic separation and leaching in metallurgy plants.
Feed size: 0-400 mm; Output: 35-957 tons per hour;
Recommended rock types: granite, basalt, quartzite, etc.
Other than iron and non-ferrous metals ores.
High performance crushing machine SG has several options in the shape of the crushing cavity, and it is the machine designed to provide crushing service to mineral mines, quarries and aggregate facilities. This crushing unit features a crushing chamber with optimized chamber, various throw options and a smart hydraulic system. As a result, it can be used for the purpose of a medium secondary crusher, a fine tertiary crusher and, in cases requiring it, even ultra-fine crushing.
Cone crushers typically are limited in the amount by which they can reduce the size of the material. There is a lot of re-circuiting material involved which increases wear and tear. Inevitably and repeatedly, operators have to stop the operation for adjustments. Once the wear parts like the mantles and concave liners get worn out, the throughput decreases while the size distribution of the finished material becomes less uniform. The problem is worse when you are running on top load and it becomes a reason of the machine to vibrate badly, breakdown, etc. A major issue is also how to choose an appropriate crusher for such situations where feed size is large and the desired product is in a small size.
A machine with a single jaw cavity can greatly enhance the shape of the crushing chamber and also integrate smart controls through the use of the hydraulic system. This type of mechanism is very helpful as it will allow for more controlled crushing which in turn increases the consistency and uniformity of crushed products and reduces the need for manual handling during cleaning/ maintenance operations.
With the information on rock properties and capacity requirements, it is very simple and accurate for us to find the suitable model and to layout the whole plant production.

A longer crushing chamber helps material get fully broken.
Multiple eccentric throw choices match different production goals.
Full hydraulic control makes operation simpler.
High-precision machining supports long-term reliable running.
The SGP200 cone crusher comes with a PLC smart control system that monitors working conditions in real time and adjusts parameters automatically. This reduces the need for constant operator intervention and keeps production steadier. A positive-pressure dust-proof design keeps fine dust out of the drive parts. The one-piece cast steel frame handles heavy impact and is suitable for continuous high-intensity mining work.
Maintenance areas are grouped together so wear parts can be changed quickly, cutting downtime.
We match the machine to material hardness, moisture content, feed size, finished product size and capacity. The crushing chamber, eccentric throw and control system can be customized, and we can design complete crushing lines.
Lubricating system has to be checked.
Timely check of liner wear.
In accordance with the product size discharge opening should be adjusted.
Predictive maintenance works should be executed taking the actual operating condition into consideration.
With regular care, breakdowns will be minimized and the working time of the machine will be significantly increased.

Maintenance tips
A quarry project in Norway processed gabbro with a design capacity of 200 t/h. The customer has used our equipment and spare parts for a long time and is satisfied with the performance.
The line included a feeder, an SC120 jaw crusher, an SG cone crusher and a three-deck vibrating screen. It ran steadily for 10 hours every day.
The plant produced 0-10 mm, 10-20 mm and 20-40 mm aggregate sizes. Product shape met the required standards and the continuous-running failure rate dropped by 38%.
Can a crusher be used in stages?
The SG cone crusher series can be used for secondary medium crushing and tertiary fine crushing. It can also be for some ultra-fine crushing stages. According to the customer's production process chamber type can be selected.
How long should liners last before replacement?
Liner life varies according to rock hardness, the running time of the crusher, and conditions. It is ideal to check the wear regularly on site and only replace the liner whenever a change is needed.
Do they have spare parts in stock?
Yes, Sanland supplies genuine spare parts for wear parts. With its worldwide service network, the company assists customers of the parts they need very quickly, thus minimizing their waiting time for the equipment.
