The SS cone crusher is designed for these existing lines. Hydraulic control replaces the old mechanical adjustment. With hydraulic discharge setting, overload protection, automatic monitoring and an optimized crushing chamber, the machine reduces manual work, lowers the risk of sudden stoppages, keeps product size more consistent and extends continuous running time.

SS Cone Crusher is a design-based improvement and it allows using the same support elements as traditional spring cone crushers. In this way, a changeover to more modern equipment could be made with less civil works required.
A hydraulic system enables the operator to alter quickly the discharge setting by hand according to production requirements. The fact that there is not much need to do adjustment manually will allow a more steady size of the material crushed.
If hard-to-crush item accidentally gets into the crushing chamber, this hydraulic system will allow releasing the pressure quickly so that the crushing chamber's door opens wider and allows the foreign item going in and thereby protects the equipment from being damaged.
Chambers in different sizes, standard and short-head, are also offered to suit different crushing levels from coarse to super fine.
Standard type Best for medium and coarse crushing when the line needs higher feed capacity and larger throughput.
Short Head type Best for fine and extra-fine crushing when product size control and finished quality are the main focus.
Detailed models include the SS-B series and SS-D series. Selection can be based on capacity, feed size and required product size.
