A steady, continuous feeding machine that keeps the crushing system running evenly.
Feed size: 0-500 mm Capacity: 25-1400 t/h Suitable materials: granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, diabase, pebbles, and various metal and non-metal ores.
This linear vibrating feeder is used at the front end of mining crushing lines. Two vibration motors work together to create a steady linear motion in the trough. Blocky and granular material moves forward evenly into the crusher or screen.
Compared with dumping material straight in, the vibrating feeder cuts down sudden load changes from impact. Crushers stay in a more stable working condition.
A continuous supply of feed is a requirement for a crushing plant. Fluctuations in feeding result in sudden changes in crusher load, unstable current, inferior quality of crushed material, and an overall loss of production.
Difficulties related to feeding often are a problem for lines of hard rocks or large aggregates. In effect, plant efficiency is cut down and the equipment becomes less reliable.
We have been supplied by a feeder manufacturer in China. The feeder with their vibration feature uses two motors that create targeted vibrations for directing the material in the desired direction. The feeding of material remains steady and the feeder is not prone to blockages.
The machine closely follows the crusher's working mode that reduces crusher load variations, prevents blockages, stabilizes, and increases the whole production line's efficiency.

The Grizzly feeder ensures steady feeding of material as per production requirements to prevent abrupt high loads causing large variations in machine stress leading to smoother functioning of the whole crushing system.
The feeder incorporates two vibration motors which are operated simultaneously in opposite directions. This eliminates complex drive system resulting in fewer chances of mechanical failures.
Vibration force adjustment is possible for different kinds of materials and production pace to realize continuous feeding.
The construction of the trough is reinforced to handle impact of rock for longer time. This machine proves to be efficient in continuous mining operations.
Clean and inspect the motors frequently. Ensure that motor mounting base plates are tight. Examine wear on motor covers and the rubber spring condition. Do not overload the machine as overloading may lead to damage of parts
Following general maintenance practices not only prolongs the life of the machine but also reduces the possibility of sudden breakdown
We choose the right feeder, arrangement of its components and complete setup according to the requirements of material size, type of crusher, capacity, and site availability.
Hard impact of large and abrasive materials on the trough will damage it. Wear liners of the trough, therefore, are optional that can withstand the impact of such materials Original spare parts are always available with us enabling faster turnaround of service.
The feeder is PLC-compatible. It makes it easy to control the switching, monitoring of the condition, adjusting speeds and linking equipment to work together
The feed rate is controlled precisely so that the line is at the minimum change level, thus overall management and the production are both improved

Single machines or complete plant packages can be delivered to meet the needs of overseas mining projects.
Our feedstock was basalt. The customer wanted non-stop, high feed quality for a long time.
The two SH355 cone crushers and two GZG1003 feeders were their selection (a feeder dedicated to each crusher)
The feed stayed level and uninterrupted throughout. Crusher's electric current variation dropped by approximately half. There was a great drop in material blocking the path after reaching the crusher.
The machine combination functioned efficiently. Line capacity was increased by about 12% and the plant could continue operating without stop at any given time.
Is the vibrating feeder suitable for feeding cone crushers? Yes. It gives continuous, even material supply. This reduces feed fluctuations to the cone crusher and makes the crushing process more stable.
Can the installation angle of the linear vibrating feeder be adjusted? Yes. The angle can usually be adjusted according to the site layout and material conveying needs to get the best feeding result.
What certifications does Sanland hold? The company holds ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certifications, multiple AAA enterprise credit ratings, and various patents. Extra certifications can be arranged according to market or project needs.
